I recently used Judge.me to gather some reviews for my online store, and the experience was disappointingly frustrating. First of all, the user interface is cluttered and difficult to navigate. It's not intuitive at all, and it took me way too long to figure out where everything was. The setup process is not user-friendly, and it feels like they should have invested more in making the platform easier to use. Getting integrations up and running was a nightmare. Despite following their instructions to the letter, I encountered issues at every step. Customer support was slow to respond, and when I finally got a reply, the solutions provided didn't really help. It's almost as if the support team was more focused on closing tickets quickly rather than helping customers solve their problems. I also noticed a significant delay in reviews appearing on my site. This lag undermined the purpose of using a review platform in the first place. I contacted support again about this, and the response was that it was a normal delay. Normal? I don't think so. The email campaigns offered by Judge.me are quite basic compared to other platforms. They lack customization options, and it feels like they haven't updated their features in a while. Reports and analytics were also underwhelming. The information provided is basic and doesn't give the in-depth insights I was hoping for to improve my store. Finally, pricing is another pain point. For the features offered, I find Judge.me to be overpriced. There are more affordable options out there that provide a better service. Overall, I find Judge.me to be subpar and not worth the investment. Hopefully, they consider making some significant changes to improve their service.
The installation process was a nightmare, and the service wasn't much help when we had issues. Widgets were not as customizable as advertised. Expected more for the price.
