I recently had a disappointing experience shopping at intothevault.shop. From the start, the website's layout made it difficult to navigate. The search functionality was subpar, often returning unrelated results which made finding specific items a hassle. The images provided for the products are low quality and don't give a clear idea of what you're purchasing. I bought a vintage band tee and the description said it was in "excellent condition." However, when it arrived, it was faded with small holes and stains that were not mentioned anywhere in the listing. The sizing guide is also not reliable; the shirt I received was much smaller than advertised. Customer service was another letdown. It took over a week to get a response to my email about the condition of the shirt, and when they finally replied, they were not helpful at all. They offered a minimal partial refund or to return the item at my own expense, which, given the high international shipping costs, wasn't worth it. What really bothered me was the lack of transparency about the return policy. The information was buried in fine print, and the return process is cumbersome. There's no easy-to-find FAQ section either, which added to my frustration as I had to dig through multiple pages to find basic information. The shipment also took longer than expected. Although I understand that delays can happen, there was no communication from the company about the delay. The tracking number provided was not updated, which left me in the dark about the delivery status of my order. Overall, my experience with intothevault.shop was far from satisfactory. I had high hopes given the nostalgic appeal of their products, but the poor service, misleading product descriptions, and difficult return policy make it a place I would not recommend. It’s a shame because they have a unique niche, but they really need to improve in several areas to provide a better shopping experience for their customers.
