I recently bought a helmet from icasque.co.uk, but my experience was not great 😕. The delivery took forever, and the helmet didn’t fit well at all. The customer service was also unhelpful.

I recently tried purchasing a helmet from iCasque.co.uk, and my experience was far from satisfactory. First off, the website's interface is quite outdated and not user-friendly. Navigating through the different categories and options felt like a chore. Pages took longer than expected to load, which was frustrating, especially given that there are many other modern websites out there that offer a seamless shopping experience. The selection of helmets was fairly decent, but the information provided for each product often lacked essential details. Descriptions were either too brief or missing critical information like the exact materials used or comprehensive safety ratings. Customer service is another glaring issue. I had a query about the size chart and sent an email, which took almost five days to get a response. And when I finally got an answer, it was vague and did not address my concern. This delay and lack of helpful information led me to question their commitment to customer satisfaction. When my helmet finally arrived, the packaging was subpar. The box was partially damaged, and while the helmet itself was not compromised, it just didn't give the impression of a premium purchase. Shipping also took longer than advertised. I understand that delays can happen, but there was no communication from their end to inform me of the status. I had to keep checking the tracking information, which itself was not very detailed. Another inconvenience was the return policy. After wearing the helmet for a couple of rides, I realized it was uncomfortable and wanted to return it. However, the return process was cumbersome. They require you to fill out extensive forms and even then, the customer has to bear the return shipping costs, which is quite high when you're sending something bulky like a helmet. Overall, the experience left much to be desired. For a website that claims to specialize in motorcycle gear, their service and presentation are lacking. I would suggest looking elsewhere if you want a hassle-free purchasing experience.
