(Translation) I had a really underwhelming experience with iamfasting.de. First of all, the website is not user-friendly at all. Navigating through the various sections was quite a hassle, and I found it difficult to locate the information I was looking for. The interface is cluttered and not intuitive, which made me feel frustrated. Additionally, the information provided about the fasting programs is vague and not very detailed. I expected more comprehensive explanations and guidelines. Instead, it felt like they were just throwing around buzzwords without any substantial content. When I finally signed up for a program, the communication was poor. There were delays in responses, and when I did get a reply, it was brief and unhelpful. The support staff seemed indifferent and did not resolve my concerns satisfactorily. One of the most disappointing aspects was the quality of the meal plans provided. They were bland and lacked variety. I had hoped for something more inspiring and tailored to my needs, but it felt like a generic, one-size-fits-all approach. Moreover, the pricing is not competitive. For the value I received, I felt it was overpriced and did not justify the cost. There are much better alternatives available that offer more value for money. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory. I would not recommend this site to anyone looking for a serious and reliable fasting program. It's simply not worth the trouble.
