Honestly, I am quite disappointed with hosttech.ch. I had high hopes based on some positive feedback I found online, but my experience has been far from satisfactory. First of all, the website interface is quite clunky and outdated. Navigating through the different sections felt more like a chore than a pleasant experience. It would greatly benefit from a modern redesign to make it more user-friendly and visually appealing. Secondly, customer service left much to be desired. I contacted support regarding an issue with my hosting package, and it took them almost three days to get back to me. When they did, the response was generic and didn't address my problem specifically. It seemed like they were more interested in closing the ticket rather than actually helping me resolve my issue. Another problem I encountered was the lack of clear information regarding their pricing. When I signed up, I thought I was getting a good deal, but hidden fees quickly surfaced, and my bill ended up being significantly higher than anticipated. Transparency should be a priority, and unfortunately, hosttech.ch fails in this regard. Additionally, the performance of their hosting services did not meet my expectations. My website experienced frequent downtimes, and the loading speeds were slower than average. For a company that promises high performance, this was a major letdown. Overall, I would not recommend hosttech.ch for web hosting needs. There are better options out there that offer more reliable services, better customer support, and transparent pricing. Until they make some significant improvements, they won't be my go-to choice for web hosting.
Le service de Hosttech est vraiment décevant. La plateforme est lente et le support client est pratiquement inexistant. J'ai eu beaucoup de troubles pour configurer mon site web, et personne n'était là pour m'aider. Pas impressionné du tout. 😞
