I recently visited the website horizons.co.uk, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. First of all, the website's layout is very cluttered and difficult to navigate. There's just too much information thrown at you all at once, making it hard to find what you're looking for. The user interface feels outdated, and there's a noticeable lag when loading pages, which is frustrating. Another major issue I encountered was the lack of clear information regarding products and their specifications. I was looking for a specific piece of gardening equipment, but the descriptions were vague and didn't provide enough detail to make an informed decision. Additionally, the search function is practically useless. It seems like it shows more irrelevant results than the actual items you're trying to find. I also had a problem with the customer service. I reached out with a query about a product, and it took them ages to respond. When they finally did, the response was generic and didn't really address my question. This level of service is unacceptable and makes me question their commitment to customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the website has numerous broken links and pages that result in 404 errors. This not only wastes time but also makes the site appear unprofessional. In today's digital age, having a website that functions properly should be a basic standard. Lastly, the site's mobile version is even worse. It's not optimized for mobile use, making it very difficult to browse on a smartphone. Given the increasing number of users who shop via mobile devices, this is a significant drawback. Overall, my experience with horizons.co.uk was disappointing, and I don't think I'll be using this website again anytime soon. There are plenty of other online stores that offer better usability, customer service, and product information.

This site was a letdown. The navigation is clunky and slow, and it feels very amateur. Couldn't find useful information, and the pages take forever to load. Disappointed.
