The Hily app is amazing! I love how easy it is to connect with people. The icebreakers are really helpful and genuinely make conversations more interesting.

I recently decided to give Hily a try after hearing about it from a friend, and I have to say, my experience has been quite mixed. Hily markets itself as a dating app that uses AI to help you find better matches, which sounded promising. When I first started using the app, I found the layout to be quite user-friendly. The swiping feature works smoothly, and I appreciated the addition of video profiles as it adds a more personal touch compared to just photos. However, there are a few notable issues. First of all, the number of fake profiles is quite noticeable. It's frustrating to get excited about a match only to realize that the person on the other side is a bot. This takes away from the overall experience and leaves one skeptical about the authenticity of the profiles. Secondly, the subscription prices for Hily Premium are quite high compared to other dating apps. While I do understand that they need to make money, I don't feel like the additional features justify the cost. The basic app functions are decent, but there needs to be more value added to the premium features to make them worth the price. Despite these drawbacks, I did find a few meaningful connections through the app. The AI recommendation works decently well in suggesting profiles that align with my interests. The overall communication features, like instant messaging and the ability to send photos and videos, work effectively and help in keeping the conversation engaging. Overall, I give Hily 3 stars for its decent functionality and innovation with video profiles, but it definitely needs to work on eliminating fake profiles and making premium features more worthwhile. Hopefully, they will address these issues in future updates, making the app more reliable and enjoyable.

I've given this site a fair try, but I have to say I'm quite disappointed with my experience on Hily.com. As someone who was hopeful about finding a legit dating platform, this has been quite a letdown. First off, the messaging feature is incredibly slow, making conversations feel really disjointed. I often found myself waiting for minutes just to send or receive a simple message. Quite frustrating! The matching algorithm also seems quite flawed. More often than not, I was matched with people who were miles away or whose profiles had nothing in common with mine. It felt like throwing a dart at a board while blindfolded. I don’t know if it’s just me, but I didn’t see much diversity in the profiles either. Another major downside was the overwhelming number of ads and pop-ups pushing premium features. I understand the need for monetization, but it felt excessive and intrusive, to the point where it made the overall user experience very unpleasant. The UI is another sore point. The design is clunky and outdated, and navigation through the app feels like stepping back a decade in terms of tech. I actually expected a sleeker, more modern interface. The filters for searches are also quite limited and sometimes don’t seem to work at all. I set my preferences multiple times, but the site seemed to ignore them completely. Profiles without pictures should not even be allowed to match, but for some reason, they are rampant here. On top of all this, the customer service is highly unresponsive. I've sent multiple queries regarding some technical issues and never got a helpful reply. It's almost like the support team doesn't exist. I was genuinely hoping for a better experience, but this has been underwhelming. Maybe it's just not for me, or maybe others have had better luck. But as for my experience, it's only worth 1 star.

This dating app is very glitchy and crashes often. Took forever to find any matches, and when I did, half of them seemed fake. Lags a lot, too.
