I tried HealthCaters.ai because I thought it would be a game changer for my personal health needs, but I was really disappointed. First off, the interface is pretty annoying to navigate. It's cluttered with so many different options that it's hard to find what you're actually looking for. Whoever designed this site clearly didn’t think about user experience at all. Then there’s the issue of the recommendations. I felt like the AI didn't understand me at all. I input my dietary preferences and health goals, but the meal plans it generated were way off. Some recipes even included ingredients I’m allergic to, which is just unacceptable. What’s the point of customizing your profile if the AI is just going to ignore it? Customer service wasn’t helpful either. I reached out multiple times about the allergy issue and got generic responses that felt automated. They didn't solve my problems or even seem to care. For a service that touts itself as being cutting edge and personalized, HealthCaters.ai is anything but. And let's talk about the price. It’s not cheap, and for the service you get, it feels like a waste of money. You'd be better off just finding meal plans online for free. The FAQs and help sections are also pretty useless. They don't give you detailed answers, so you end up still needing to reach out to customer service, which as I mentioned, is awful. Overall, it's a big NO from me. I’d give it one star if I could give zero, I would. Save your time, money, and sanity, and look elsewhere for your health planning needs.
The HealthCaters AI service seems promising, but I was disappointed with the actual results. The recommendations were often off and didn't seem personalized at all. Also, the interface is confusing and hard to navigate. 👎
