I was really looking forward to trying Go Thrift after hearing some mixed reviews, but my experience was far from satisfactory. First of all, the website is unnecessarily complicated to navigate. I spent a frustrating amount of time just trying to find basic categories and filter through the numerous unwanted items. The user interface feels very outdated and not at all intuitive. When I finally did find something I wanted to purchase, it was marked as available, but upon attempting to check out, I was informed it was out of stock. This was not just a one-time annoyance, but it happened multiple times with different products. Customer service is another huge letdown. I tried contacting them about an order issue and received no response for days. When they eventually did reply, their answer was vague and did not resolve my issue. I was left feeling ignored and unvalued as a customer. Additionally, the quality of the items I received was below expectations. One of the shirts had a noticeable stain that was not mentioned in the description, and another item was a completely different size from what was listed. It’s almost like there's no quality control in place. I understand that thrift shopping comes with a degree of unpredictability, but this was just unacceptable. The shipping took longer than advertised as well, adding to the overall disappointing experience. To top it all off, it feels like they have inflated their prices compared to other thrift sites, which wouldn’t be as big of a deal if the service and quality were up to par. In conclusion, Go Thrift has a long way to go before it can be considered a reliable and user-friendly thrift shopping option. Until they address these glaring issues, I won't be returning and I can't recommend them to anyone else.
The clothes from this site were not as described, and the quality was poor. I bought a jacket and it had a rip in the lining, and the fabric feels very cheap. Very disappointed with my purchase.
