Déçu par la qualité des montres Glycine. J'ai acheté une Glycine Airman et après quelques mois, elle a commencé à perdre du temps. Pour le prix payé, j'attendais vraiment mieux. 😞
This Glycine Store website is seriously disappointing. I was really looking foward to buy some products from here especially after hearing so much hype about them, but my experience was anything but positive. First off, the website itself is a mess. It took forever to load, pages kept freezing, and there are too many broken links. It doesn't feel professional at all. It’s like someone without any web design skills decided to open an e-commerce store. And don't get me started on the product descriptions - they are either too brief without any useful information or overly detailed and confusing. The shopping cart function is also buggy; I added items to my cart, and they just disappeared after a few minutes. After finally managing to place an order, I was met with terrible customer service. I emailed them multiple times to get an update on my order because it took over two weeks just to be dispatched, and all I got were canned responses that didn't address my concerns at all. Even worse, the product seened like it wasn’t even new, like it had been opened before. For the amount I paid, I at least expected something well packaged and new. The return process was also a hassle. They make it so difficult, almost like they don’t want you to return anything. I am extremely frustrated and feel like I wasted my money. I honestly wouldn't recommend this site to my worst enemy. There are plenty of other reliable places to buy glycine supplements without all this drama. Overall, a complete disaster from start to finish. Avoid at all costs.
