This website was a huge disappointment. I was hoping to find some interesting and innovative glass designs, but the whole browsing experience was a mess. First of all, the site is super slow. It takes forever to load the pages, and sometimes it doesn’t even load at all. I had to refresh multiple times just to see the products. And when the pages did load, the layout was so confusing. It’s not user-friendly, and I had a hard time navigating through the sections. The product descriptions were minimal and lacking crucial details like dimensions and materials. It was also really hard to find price information, which is frustrating when you’re trying to compare different items. On top of that, the quality of the images was very poor. It’s difficult to appreciate the details of the glass artworks when the pictures are blurry and low-resolution. They up-play a lot about "innovative glass tech" but barely give any information on how it actually works or the benefits beyond usual glass. Customer service is another disaster. I tried to reach out with some questions, but got no response. It’s been over a week, and still nothing. I don’t think they care about their customers at all. And when you want to make a purchase, the checkout process is unnecessarily complicated. There were several steps that didn’t make sense, and I encountered errors multiple times. I eventually gave up on trying to buy anything from this site. Overall, it’s been a frustrating and disappointing experience. They really need to improve a lot of aspects if they want to retain customers. I expected much better from a site that claims to specialize in unique and high-tech glass. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone.
