The FlowUp shop left much to be desired. First off, the loading times on the website were extremely slow, and I had to refresh several pages multiple times to get them to load properly. Navigation is also quite confusing; the categories are not laid out well, and it takes forever to find specific items. The layout appears to be designed with aesthetics in mind more than user-friendliness. Furthermore, the product descriptions are incomplete and lacking in essential details. As for the product quality, I ordered a t-shirt that looked fantastic in the photos, but when it arrived, it was very disappointing. The fabric felt cheap and not at all what I expected from its description. The sizing was also way off; I followed their sizing chart precisely and ended up with a shirt that’s either too tight or too loose in different places. The customer service was another huge letdown. Contacting them was a hassle, as they didn’t have a clear customer service page, and it took a while to figure out how to reach them. When I finally got an answer, the response was slow and unhelpful. They barely addressed my concerns and seemed to give generic answers without actually trying to solve the problem. To add to that, the return policy is convoluted and restrictive. By the time I got around to initiating a return, I found that I was almost out of the window to do so. Overall, my experience with FlowUp was very underwhelming. I had high hopes due to the appealing presentation on the website, but the actual service and products fell far short. I wouldn’t recommend this shop unless significant improvements are made in terms of website usability, product quality, and customer support. Save your money and time, find another shop that respects its customers more.
Très déçu par les nouveaux claviers cooler master. J'ai acheté un clavier en pensant obtenir de la qualité, mais les touches se coincent souvent et la sensation de frappe n'est pas agréable du tout. Je m'attendais à bien mieux vu le prix. 😕
