Honestly, my experience with Fleet.co has been anything but satisfying. The website looks modern and professional, but its actual functionality leaves much to be desired. First of all, the navigation is a mess. It's really hard to find the information you're looking for without clicking through numerous menus and submenus, which is incredibly frustrating. I could barely find the pricing information, which should be prominently displayed for new users. The user interface is also cluttered and overwhelming. The design, while sleek, seems more focused on aesthetic appeal rather than user convenience, making the entire experience unnecessarily complicated. The responsiveness is another major issue. I expected a website dedicated to fleet management to be fast and reliable, but Fleet.co seems to lag a lot, especially during peak hours. This is unacceptable when you're relying on this service for important business operations. I've also encountered multiple occasions where the website simply wouldn't load, forcing me to refresh the page multiple times. Customer support is slow and not very helpful. I tried reaching out regarding an issue with my account, and it took days for someone to get back to me. When they finally did, the response was generic and didn't address my specific concern. I felt like they were just going through the motions rather than genuinely aiming to solve my problem. Overall, Fleet.co promises a lot but fails to deliver on many fronts. There are better options out there that are more user-friendly and stable. Until they make significant improvements, I would be hesitant to recommend Fleet.co to anyone serious about managing their fleet efficiently.
