I really wanted to love Enkey Store, but my experience was pretty disappointing. First off, the website design is really basic and not user-friendly at all. It took me a while to navigate through the pages, and even longer to find the specific products I was looking for. They have a huge selection, but the lack of proper filters makes it a nightmare to browse. It feels like they just threw every item up there without considering how customers would actually find what they need. When I finally found what I wanted, the product descriptions were pretty vague and lacked essential details. I was hesitant but decided to give it a shot anyway since the prices seemed competitive. Big mistake! Shipping took forever and when my order finally arrived, some of the items were missing and a couple of them were damaged. I reached out to customer service and, honestly, that was the worst part of the whole experience. They were really slow to respond and when they did, their responses were unhelpful and somewhat rude. They didn't seem to care about resolving my issues or keeping me as a customer. After much back and forth, I finally got a partial refund but it wasn't worth the hassle. Also, the quality of the products was below average. For the price, I expected at least decent quality, but what I got was cheap and flimsy. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Enkey Store to anyone. It seems like they don't care about their customers or the quality of the products they are selling. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else. There are plenty of other stores with better customer service and higher-quality products. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
I tried Enkey Store and was not very impressed. The product quality didn't match the description, and customer service was slow to respond. Delivery took forever too. 😞
