Honestly, my experience with easyfast.me was far from satisfactory. I was expecting a seamless process given the bold promises on their homepage, but what I got was a real headache. First of all, the interface was not user-friendly at all. I spent way too much time trying to figure out where everything was. The menus are confusing and not intuitively designed. Who thought it was a good idea to hide important features behind multiple submenus? It's like they're intentionally trying to make things harder for you. Then, there’s the performance. The website is painfully slow. I have a pretty fast internet connection, but every click seemed to take forever to load. It's 2024, and we're dealing with loading times that remind me of the early 2000s. Unacceptable. Additionally, I encountered numerous bugs. Links that led to nowhere, buttons that didn’t work, and forms that failed to submit properly. It became so frustrating that I had to keep refreshing the browser and even switching devices to see if it was just my computer. It wasn’t. The problem persisted regardless of how I accessed the site. Let’s not even talk about customer service. I reached out multiple times for assistance and got generic, automated responses each time which did nothing to address my concerns. It felt like I was talking to a brick wall. After multiple attempts, I finally got a hold of someone, but even then, the support was mediocre at best. The final nail in the coffin was the misleading information. There were services advertised that were either not available or vastly different from what was described. It felt like a classic bait and switch. Overall, I would not recommend easyfast.me to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
