Mazed me how people hype this website! First of all, the navigation is a nightmare—seriously, who designed this? You click on one thing, and it feels like you are lost in a maze of irrelevant links. The furniture pieces look alright in the pictures, but let me tell you, the quality is just disappointing. I ordered a sofa and a coffee table, and honestly, they both felt like they were put together with duct tape and prayers. The sofa is anything but comfortable, the cushions practically flattened within two weeks, making it almost unusable. Let's not even get started on the coffee table; it wobbles with the slightest touch. Customer service? Don't even bother. Tried calling multiple times, and either got no response or some half-hearted apologies with no real solutions. They keep telling you to email and wait for a response, but when you do, it's just another cycle of waiting with no resolution in sight. Delivery times are a joke too; they promise a week, and it took almost a month for the delivery to actually happen. Pricing is another thing. For the quality you're getting, the prices are ridiculous. It's like they think they're selling gold-plated furniture or something. Seriously, go elsewhere if you're looking for good quality furniture that lasts.
