Also, I'm genuinely disappointed by my experience with dermasthetics-shop.de. From the moment I landed on the website, I found it quite difficult to navigate. The layout feels cluttered and not user-friendly at all. It took me a significant amount of time to find the products I was looking for, which was frustrating. Additionally, the product descriptions lacked detailed information. I was hoping to find comprehensive descriptions of the ingredients and benefits of each product, but instead, they were very brief and not helpful at all. It made it hard to decide if the products were suitable for my skin type, whether they contained any allergens, or how they should be properly used. Moreover, the checkout process was another hassle. The site kept lagging, and I encountered multiple errors while trying to finalize my purchase. I had to restart the process several times, which was extremely annoying. Then there's the issue of customer service. I tried contacting them via email to get some clarification about a product, and I didn't receive a response until several days later. When they finally responded, their answer was vague and didn't address my inquiries satisfactorily. Shipping was another nightmare. They promise fast delivery, but my order took more than two weeks to arrive. When it finally did, the packaging was damaged, and one of the items was leaking. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for the prices they charge. Speaking of prices, I found their products to be overly expensive compared to other similar brands. Considering the overall experience, from the frustrating website navigation to poor customer service, lengthy shipping times, and high prices, I cannot recommend dermasthetics-shop.de to others. There are far better options out there that offer superior customer service, better prices, and a more enjoyable shopping experience.
Die Produkte haben meine Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt. Ich habe mehrere Feuchtigkeitscremes ausprobiert, aber alle haben meine Haut irritiert. Auch die Lieferung dauerte sehr lange. Ich werde hier nicht nochmal bestellen.
