UNOFORTUNATELY, I have to say that my recent experience on Deloox was quite disappointing. First and foremost, the navigation on the website feels very outdated, almost like something from the early 2000s. It's not user-friendly at all. I had a hard time finding the products I was looking for due to the convoluted menu layout. Another major downside was the site speed. It took several seconds to load each page, which made my shopping experience very frustrating. I almost gave up several times because of how painfully slow it was. This shouldn't be an issue with today's technology. Moreover, the product descriptions were insufficient. The information provided was generic and didn't help me make an informed decision. The photos were also low resolution, which made it difficult to see the details of the products. Speaking of the product, the variety was quite limited. I was expecting a wider range of options, especially given the promise of an extensive catalog from the homepage. Being someone who likes to explore different brands and products, I found the selection to be underwhelming. Then there's the customer service—or lack thereof. I sent an email to their support team regarding a query about a product, and it took them four days to get back to me. In today's competitive e-commerce environment, a quick and efficient customer service response is crucial, and Deloox failed miserably in this area. Additionally, I encountered numerous broken links and error messages while browsing, which added to my already growing frustration. These technical glitches make the site feel unprofessional and unreliable. The checkout process was another nightmare. The payment gateway was glitchy and I had to restart the process twice. By the time I finally managed to place my order, I was already regretting it. While the prices were fairly reasonable, the hassle and poor user experience were simply not worth it. Unless Deloox addresses these significant issues, I can't recommend this site to anyone. Disappointing at best.
