I recently ordered a few items from Decormat.co.uk hoping to give my home a fresh new look, but I am quite disappointed. The website itself is pretty easy to browse, and there's a decent variety of products, but the overall quality and service are lacking. Firstly, the pictures on the site are very deceiving. The rug I ordered looked vibrant and plush online, but when it arrived, it was thin and the colors were much duller than expected. It's clear they use enhanced photos to make their products look better than they are. Secondly, the delivery time was incredibly slow. The site states that it's fast and reliable, but I waited nearly three weeks for my package to arrive. When I tried to contact customer service about the delay, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. I sent multiple emails and didn't get a single reply. What kind of business ignores its customers? Moreover, the packaging was subpar. My items were poorly wrapped, and the corners of the rug were damaged when I finally received it. I had to spend extra time trying to flatten it out and make it presentable, which was really frustrating. Another issue I faced was with the pricing. The items seemed reasonably priced at first, but after seeing the actual products, I felt completely ripped off. The quality does not match the cost at all. If I had known, I would have shopped elsewhere. The overall experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this website to anyone. There are far better places to shop for home décor that offer better quality, faster delivery, and responsive customer service. Do yourself a favor and avoid the hassle. My advice is to steer clear of Decormat.co.uk if you value your time and money.
I recently purchased a rug from Decormat and I’m honestly disappointed. The quality is far from what I expected given the price. The colors are already fading and it’s only been a few weeks. I was hoping for better durability. Won’t be buying again.
