I had high hopes for Daisy because it looked promising at first, but it ended up being quite disappointing. The major issue for me is the user interface, which is cluttered and not intuitive at all. Navigating through the sections feels like a maze, and it takes forever to find what you're looking for. For a platform that is supposed to simplify things, it does the exact opposite. Additionally, the loading times are horrendously slow. I checked my internet connection multiple times, but the problem is definitely on their end. It's incredibly frustrating to wait for pages to load in today's age when speed is everything. Another gripe I have is with their customer service. I tried reaching out twice because I was facing some issues, and both times the response was delayed and unhelpful. The support team seemed either undertrained or indifferent to resolving my problems. Given how much hype there was around Daisy, it's baffling how poorly the customer experience is managed. Also, the content did not meet my expectations. There’s an evident lack of up-to-date information and resources. A lot of the material seems outdated and irrelevant, which makes you question the value of using the platform in the first place. Furthermore, the subscription plans are overpriced for the quality of service being provided. There are far better alternatives out there that offer much more value for your money. Honestly, I feel like I wasted my time and money on this service. My advice to others is to look elsewhere if you want a hassle-free and efficient experience. Daisy needs to revamp extensively if it wants to retain its users. Until then, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone looking for reliable and quality service.
