I was honestly quite disappointed with my experience on Cosy Comfort Interiors. The website's layout is cluttered and confusing, making it difficult to navigate through the various sections. I spent way too much time trying to find basic information like shipping details and return policies, which should be easily accessible. Additionally, the product images are not very clear, and in some cases, they look quite different from the actual items I received. I ordered a sofa that looked plush and comfortable in the photos, but what arrived was hard and uncomfortable. The color was also a little off, more of a dull grey than the light beige advertised. When I contacted customer service to inquire about returning the item, the response was slow, and they made it seem like returning an item was a huge hassle. I had to send multiple emails and call several times to finally get a return authorization. Moreover, the quality of the products is subpar for the prices they charge. I expected more durability and comfort, but the materials and workmanship are no better than what you'd find at a discount furniture store. To top it all off, I found the delivery process to be extremely slow. The website claimed that my items would be delivered within 7-10 days, but it took almost three weeks, and I received no updates unless I proactively reached out to ask. Given the high prices and the poor service, I would not recommend Cosy Comfort Interiors. There are better options out there, both in terms of product quality and customer service.
Really disappointed with the quality of the furniture. I bought a sofa and after a couple of months, it started sagging. Customer service was not helpful at all. Not worth the price.
