I've recently tried Convenuto, hoping it would make my event planning easier, but sadly, it has not met my expectations. Upon initial exploration of the site, I found the layout to be cluttered and unintuitive. It took me quite a while to even figure out where the essential tools and features were located. This kind of user experience is frustrating and quite honestly, a big turn-off. Additionally, the interface feels outdated, almost like it hasn't been refreshed in years. It's not visually appealing, and the graphics seem very amateurish for a service trying to stand out in event planning. The translations into multiple languages, although a good initiative, are poorly done—some parts are left in the original language, leading to confusion. This makes the site look unprofessional and unreliable. Another issue I encountered was the lack of customer support. There is supposedly a chat feature for instant help, but it appears to be just a front because no one ever responds. I tried multiple times over several days to reach out with some questions about customization options and specific features, but I received no replies. Furthermore, the platform's performance is subpar. It is super slow to load, and I experienced several crashes, which resulted in lost data and forced me to start over multiple times. This kind of instability is unacceptable for any service-oriented platform, especially one that's supposed to help with important tasks like event management. To sum up, Convenuto has proven to be more of a hassle than a help. The outdated interface, poor translations, non-existent customer support, and abysmal performance all contribute to an overall unsatisfactory experience. I wouldn't recommend it unless there's a considerable improvement in these areas. Honestly, there are far better alternatives out there that deserve your time and attention.
Le site est joli, mais le service est vraiment décevant. Le produit que j'ai reçu ne correspondait pas à la description. Je ne recommanderai pas. :-(
