J'ai eu une mauvaise expérience avec cette clinique de données. 👎 Ils ont pris beaucoup de temps pour récupérer mes fichiers et le coût était très élevé. Ne recommanderais pas.
Franchement, je suis un peu déçu. J'ai contacté pour récupérer des fichiers perdus mais ils ont mis beaucoup plus de temps que prévu. Le diagnostic gratuit sous 24h, c'est pas top, j'ai dû relancer plusieurs fois. 🥲 A éviter si vous êtes pressé.
Très déçu par le service, ils n'ont pas réussi à récupérer mes données cruciales. Une perte de temps et d'argent. Je ne referai pas appel à eux.
I recently visited the website Clinique de Données and was overall quite disappointed with the experience. The website layout feels very cluttered and outdated, making it difficult to navigate and find the information I was looking for. When I finally located the services section, I was overwhelmed by the sheer amount of jargon and technical language that was used without clear explanations. As someone who is not a data expert, I found it challenging to understand what services were actually being offered and how they could benefit me. Another frustrating aspect is the lack of responsiveness of the site. It took an unusually long time for pages to load, and sometimes they wouldn't load at all. I tested this on multiple devices and networks, so the issue seems to be with the website itself rather than my internet connection. The customer support also leaves much to be desired. I tried reaching out via their contact form with some questions about their services, and it took over a week to receive a response. When I finally did get a reply, it was generic and didn't directly answer my questions, which was incredibly frustrating. The FAQ section is also quite limited and doesn't cover many of the questions I had. Additionally, the overall design and user interface feel very amateurish. There are inconsistencies in the font sizes and the color scheme is harsh on the eyes, which doesn't make for a pleasant browsing experience. Given the nature of the business, I would have expected a more polished and professional looking site. Overall, while clinque de données may offer competent services (hard to tell based on their site), the website experience itself was poor enough for me to be deterred from exploring further. The website seriously needs an overhaul to improve user experience and make its services more accessible to a wider audience.
