I rented a car from ClickRent for my recent trip and it was just okay, not the best experience. The website looks sleek and modern, sure, but the service itself left a lot to be desired. The booking process was straightforward enough, but when I arrived to pick up the car, there was a long wait even though I had booked in advance. It was frustrating to stand there for nearly an hour before anyone could assist me. The car itself was decent, but it was not as clean as I expected. There were some stains on the seats and a faint smell that was unpleasant. The staff was polite but seemed disinterested and not particularly helpful. They just handed me the keys and pointed me in the general direction without much explanation or assistance. Driving the car was fine, no issues mechanically, but returning it was another hassle. The drop-off process was confusing and poorly marked, resulting in me driving around the lot several times before figuring out where to go. Overall, ClickRent did not impress me. For the amount I paid, I expected better service and a cleaner car. I might consider giving them another try in the future if I hear they’ve improved, but as of now, I can’t fully recommend them.
I rented a car from ClickRent and had an average experience. The car had a few scratches and wasn’t cleaned properly. Customer service was okay but not very responsive. Not sure I would use them again.
