I'm not impressed with Chupenga at all. The whole experience was kind of disappointing, to be honest. First, the website was difficult to navigate. I expected a clean and user-friendly design, but it felt cluttered and confusing. Finding the menu took longer than it should have, and the layout just wasn't intuitive. The loading times were also frustratingly slow. Second, the food quality didn't match the hype. I ordered the beef burrito bowl thinking it would be bursting with flavor, but it was bland and uninspired. The meat was dry, and the portions of vegetables were meager. Given the prices, I expected much more. It's supposed to be a sort of fresh, healthy option, but it tasted like it had been sitting around for a while. The ingredients didn't have that fresh snap, which I was really looking forward to. Additionally, the customer service left a lot to be desired. I had a few questions about allergens and it took ages for someone to respond. When I finally got an answer, the person was curt and not very helpful. It made me feel undervalued as a customer. Also, the delivery took forever. I received my order nearly an hour later than the estimated delivery time. By then, the food was lukewarm at best. The drinks were watered down and just as disappointing as the food. If this is the norm, I won’t be coming back any time soon. In conclusion, I can't recommend Chupenga based on my experience. It seems like a lot of style with little substance. There are many better options out there that offer more value for your money and a better overall experience. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere for your next meal.

War nicht begeistert von der Mahlzeit. Das Essen war kalt und hatte wenig Geschmack. Definitiv nicht das Geld wert.
