Pff, this website was honestly a bit of a letdown. I was looking to buy some caravan accessories and decided to try Caravanspiegel.shop because of their sleek looking website, but as they say, not all that glitters is gold. The first thing that struck me was just how difficult it was to navigate through their categories. You'd expect a specialty shop to have a user-friendly interface, but nope, everything's kind of hidden behind poorly labeled menus. When I finally found the items I was looking for, the product descriptions were ridiculously vague. Like, how am I supposed to know if this mirror fits my caravan if there's almost no information provided? Also, there are barely any customer reviews on the product pages, making it even harder to make a confident purchase. Oh and don't get me started on the prices! For a site that's supposed to cater to camping enthusiasts, the items seemed overpriced compared to the competition. It's almost as if they're banking on the aesthetic of the site to charge you more. What really irked me though was the checkout process. It took forever for the page to load, and when it finally did, it kept removing items from my cart. Frustrating! I also noticed a lack of payment options; they only accept a few payment methods which I found quite limiting. Customer service was another sore point. I sent an inquiry about one of the products and it took them almost a week to get back to me. By the time they responded, I had already found the product elsewhere. Overall, Caravanspiegel.shop has a long way to go in terms of usability and customer service. I felt like I wasted a lot of time on this site for nothing. I wouldn't recommend it unless they make some significant changes.
Le site caravanspiegel.shop m'a vraiment déçu. Le produit que j'ai reçu n'était pas conforme à la description. En plus, le service client n'est pas réactif du tout, ce qui est vraiment frustrant. Je ne recommande pas du tout.
