This site was a huge letdown. I came here looking for solid investment advice and tools to help me grow my portfolio, but what I found was a confusing mess. First off, the interface is cluttered and not at all user-friendly. It took me forever to find basic information, and even then, it was presented in such a complicated manner that I had to Google several terms just to understand what they were talking about. I expected more clarity and simplicity, especially given the serious topic of investment. Additionally, the customer service was lackluster at best. I tried reaching out with some questions, and not only did it take them days to get back to me, but their responses were vague and not helpful. It felt like they were passing the buck rather than providing actual solutions. The most frustrating part is the hidden fees. Nowhere on the main pages do they clearly outline all the costs associated with their services. I didn’t realize until I was already in quite deep how much extra I would be paying. This feels somewhat deceptive and definitely off-putting. Given their focus on attracting novice investors, I think they should be way more transparent. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. There are other investment platforms out there that are much more straightforward and customer-centric. This one just feels like it’s all about getting into your wallet without giving much back in return. Save your time and money and look elsewhere for your investment needs.
