This website is truly disappointing. The layout is messy and confusing, making it difficult to navigate. I was looking for some unique and stylish phone cases, but the pictures on the site are low quality and don't give a good sense of what the products actually look like. I found the selection quite limited compared to what I had hoped for. Additionally, there are hardly any detailed descriptions or reviews for the items, which makes it hard to feel comfortable purchasing anything. The checkout process is equally frustrating. When I tried to add items to my cart, the site frequently crashed or froze, causing me to lose my selections multiple times. It's also unclear what the shipping policies are; I had to dig through several poorly labeled pages to find any information on delivery times and costs. Customer service seems non-existent. I sent an email through their contact form and never received a response. Also, there is no phone number listed, which makes resolving issues almost impossible. Maybe they rely solely on social media, but that's not how I prefer to handle customer service inquiries. I eventually decided not to buy anything because the whole experience was so frustrating. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your phone accessories. If they could improve the user experience, offer higher quality images, and provide better customer support, maybe it would be worth another look. But as it stands now, I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone looking for a hassle-free shopping experience.
Très déçu par les produits de cactusmod.xyz. Les photos étaient belles, mais la qualité est vraiment médiocre. 😠 Le service client laisse aussi à désirer, aucun suivi après la vente.
