I recently purchased a few items from Blue Sky Cosmetics, and I have to say that my overall experience was quite disappointing. For a company that seems to pride itself on quality, I found the actual products to be quite underwhelming. Firstly, the website is not very user-friendly. I had a hard time navigating through the different sections and the product descriptions were either vague or overly complicated. It took me much longer than necessary just to find what I was looking for, and even then, I wasn't entirely sure what I was getting. When my package finally arrived, I was met with another round of frustrations. The shipping took longer than expected, and when I opened the box, I found that one of the items was damaged. The packaging itself was flimsy and didn't seem to provide much protection, which was probably why the product got damaged in the first place. I tried to contact customer service to resolve the issue, but the response was slow and unhelpful. It felt like they were more interested in deflecting blame than actually helping me find a solution. After a few back-and-forth emails, I finally got a partial refund, but it did little to improve my perception of the company. As for the products I received in good condition, they were nothing special. I had high hopes based on the descriptions and marketing, but they fell flat in terms of performance. The skincare items left my skin feeling greasy rather than moisturized, and the makeup products didn't live up to the hype either. I could have gotten better results from cheaper, drugstore brands. Given my experience, I don't think I'll be making another purchase from Blue Sky Cosmetics anytime soon. There are plenty of other brands out there that offer better quality and customer service. 2 stars is being generous, but I wouldn’t recommend this brand unless they make significant improvements.
These products did not live up to the hype. The moisturizer left my skin feeling greasy and the fragrance was too overpowering. Won't be purchasing again.
