Ok, so let me just start by saying I was really, really disappointed with Black Sheep Solutions. The website is super confusing and hard to navigate. I was looking to find some specific information about their services, and I had to click around a lot to even understand what they offer. The design looks outdated, and the color scheme is just plain weird. Nothing stands out, and it feels like they didn't put much effort into making it visually appealing. Besides, the site is quite slow to load, and that's super annoying. I thought it might be a problem with my internet, but I tried on different devices and networks, and it was the same. Also, I felt like they put all their effort into trying to look edgy and different, but forgot that people actually need to find useful information. The blog section is a mess too. It doesn't seem to be updated regularly and the content that's there is... well, let's just say it didn't really impress me. The articles seemed like they were written in a rush and lacked depth. Another thing that really bugged me was the contact page. I mean, come on, I'm trying to reach out because I'm interested in your services but it feels like you are making it intentionally difficult for people to get in touch. You have to fill out a long and complicated form instead of just offering a simple email address or phone number. Not user-friendly at all. Overall, I expected a lot more from a company that claims to offer innovative solutions. If you're looking for something straightforward and efficient, this is not the place. Totally wouldn't recommend it unless they make some serious improvements.
Overall, my experience with Black Sheep Solutions was quite disappointing. The service seemed poorly organized and communication was slow. I had hoped for a better support system. Won't recommend to others.
