I was looking for ways to improve my health and stumbled upon BetterMe. I decided to try their BetterMe: Home Workout app, and I must say, it has been quite a journey. The app feels intuitive, and I love that it offers various workout plans tailored to different fitness levels. One of the standout features for me is the personalized approach. The app took into account my current fitness level, health goals, and even dietary preferences to create a plan that felt achievable and not overwhelming. These customized plans have really kept me motivated because they feel so relevant to my personal needs. However, not everything is perfect. I found that some of the instructions for the exercises were not as detailed as I would have liked. For someone who is relatively new to working out, having clear, step-by-step guidance is crucial to avoid injury and ensure that I am doing the exercises correctly. Additionally, while the app has a good library of workouts, some of them require equipment that I did not have at home. It would be beneficial if they added more options that require minimal or no equipment. Another area where the app could improve is customer service. I had a couple of queries regarding my subscription and found the response time to be slower than I expected. On the positive side, the nutrition tips and meal plans are a big plus. They are easy to follow and include a variety of foods that make the diet plans interesting and not monotonous. Overall, I would rate BetterMe: Home Workout app 3 stars out of 5 mainly because of its good customization and useful dietary advice, but it does have room for improvement in terms of exercise instructions and customer service. 😊

I recently started using BetterMe Health Coaching and I must say that my experience has been quite mixed. On the one hand, the app offers a comprehensive set of features aimed at improving one's fitness, diet, and mental well-being. The personalized meal plans and workout routines are particularly impressive. I love how the app tailors these plans according to my specific needs and preferences. It feels like having a personal coach in my pocket. However, there are several drawbacks that make the app less than perfect. First and foremost, the cost is quite high, especially considering that many other similar apps offer comparable features for a lower price or even for free. Additionally, I found the interface a bit cluttered and not very user-friendly. It takes some time to navigate through the different sections and find what you're looking for. Another issue I encountered is the occasional technical glitch. For instance, at times the app freezes or the meal plans don't update as they should. This can be frustrating, especially when you're in the middle of a workout or trying to plan your meals for the week. Despite these issues, BetterMe offers some unique features that set it apart from other health coaching apps. The mental health section, which includes meditation and mindfulness exercises, is a nice touch. It's evident that the developers put a lot of thought into creating a holistic health experience. The support team is also fairly responsive and helpful in resolving issues, although it sometimes takes a while to get a response. In summary, BetterMe Health Coaching has a lot of potentials but needs some improvements to fully justify its cost. If you're willing to overlook the high price and occasional glitches, you might find it to be a valuable addition to your fitness and well-being routine. I would give it a solid 3 stars out of 5.

The site is quite average at best. There was no clear information about their services, which made it confusing. Would not recommend unless you have time to waste figuring out what they actually offer.

I've recently stumbled upon BetterMe's website and decided to try their BetterMe: Health Coaching app. At first glance, the website is quite sleek and user-friendly. Navigation seemed easy, and all the necessary information about their products was readily available. I was particularly drawn to their focus on personalized health plans. However, my experience wasn't entirely smooth. Firstly, I found the app's customization options a bit lacking. While BetterMe promises a tailored fitness plan, the initial questionnaire felt somewhat generic. It didn't take into account certain specific fitness levels or dietary restrictions that I hoped would be considered. Another drawback was the app's performance on my device. I use an Android phone, and the app occasionally lagged or crashed, which disrupts the flow of my workout sessions. This issue might be specific to my device, but it is something worth noting for other potential users. The pricing structure also left much to be desired. They offer a free trial, which is great, but transitioning to a paid plan felt a tad expensive considering the number of features available. Given the abundance of fitness apps out there, I anticipated a more competitive pricing model. On the brighter side, the community and support provided by BetterMe were commendable. I appreciated the motivational messages and the interactive nature of their community challenges. The dietary advice section was quite helpful too, with various healthy recipes that were easy to follow. Their customer support team was responsive when I reached out about the app crashes, although a solution was still pending. Overall, if you're looking for a basic fitness and health app, BetterMe could be a decent option, but it might not surpass the expectations of more advanced users.

I recently subscribed to the BetterMe app to manage my fitness goals, and I must say I'm quite impressed by its features and ease of use. As a fitness enthusiast, I have tried several apps, but BetterMe stands out for a few reasons. Firstly, the app provides a personalized workout plan tailored to individual goals and body type, which is quite impressive. The workout sessions are diverse and cater to different fitness levels, ranging from beginner to advanced. The videos are of high quality, and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. Secondly, the meal plan feature is a game changer. Most fitness apps focus solely on workouts, but BetterMe goes a step further by offering a comprehensive diet plan. The recipes are simple, nutritious, and delicious. I especially love the fact that the app takes into consideration dietary restrictions and preferences, making it easy to stick to the plan without feeling deprived. Another feature worth mentioning is the progress tracker. It’s motivating to see my progress in terms of weight loss and muscle gain over time. The app provides detailed reports and charts which help me stay on track and make necessary adjustments to my routine. Customer support is also commendable. I had an issue with the app crashing during a workout session, and the support team responded promptly and resolved the issue within a few hours. Overall, BetterMe has made my fitness journey enjoyable and more structured. The combination of personalized workouts, meal plans, and progress tracking makes it an excellent tool for anyone looking to improve their health and fitness. I would highly recommend this app to anyone serious about achieving their fitness goals.🙂

I recently tried using BetterMe and I have to say, my experience was quite disappointing. First of all, the interface was not as user-friendly as I expected it to be. It took me quite a while to figure out where everything was, and even then, it was a bit of a hassle to navigate. The exercises offered seemed repetitive and lacked variety which quickly made the workouts boring. I signed up with high hopes after seeing some good reviews, but it seems the app is more style than substance. The tracking features are clunky and sometimes didn’t register my workouts correctly. For an app that is supposed to help improve my fitness journey, it mostly just left me frustrated. In addition, the customer service was not helpful. I encountered an issue with my subscription and it took forever to get a response from their team. When they finally did respond, they were not very professional or courteous, which left me with a sour taste. On top of all this, the app is not cheap. For the price they charge, I expected something more polished and effective. The nutrition advice feels very generic and not tailored at all to individual needs. Some of the recipes were also not practical for everyday use. Honestly, I feel like I wasted my money and time on this app. I would recommend looking for alternative fitness apps that are more reliable and user-friendly. BetterMe has potential but they need to address these issues if they want to retain users long-term. Until then, I can’t endorse it.
