I recently purchased a rug from Benuta, and honestly, I am not impressed. The website seemed promising with its sleek design and wide variety of rugs, but my experience was far from pleasant. First of all, the delivery took much longer than expected. The website mentioned a delivery time of 5-7 days, but it took almost 3 weeks for my rug to arrive. When it finally did, I found the packaging to be partially torn, which did not give me a good first impression. Upon unrolling the rug, I was greeted with a rather strong chemical odor that took days to dissipate. The quality of the rug itself was another disappointment. The material felt cheap and the colors were not as vibrant as shown on the website pictures. There were also several loose threads, indicating poor craftsmanship. I had high expectations considering the price I paid, but the rug did not meet them at all. Customer service was also quite unhelpful. When I reached out to inquire about the delayed delivery, the response I received was generic and didn't address my concerns. It felt as though I was talking to a bot rather than a real person. They didn't offer any compensation or even a sincere apology. Overall, my experience with Benuta was frustrating and disappointing. They seem more concerned with flashy website design than with providing a quality product and satisfactory customer service. I will certainly think twice before making another purchase here, and I advise others to proceed with caution.

The rugs from benuta.eu are not as advertised. The quality is very poor, and the colors are different from what's shown online. Shipping took longer than expected and the return process was a nightmare. Not satisfied at all 😒.
