"I recently made a purchase from bbdesign.store, and I must say I'm quite disappointed with the experience. The website itself looks flashy and modern, but don't let that fool you. I ordered a custom designed piece of furniture, which was supposed to be delivered in two weeks. Not only did it arrive almost a month late, but the quality was far from what was advertised. The paint was chipped, and there were visible scratches all over. Customer service was another nightmare. It took several emails and phone calls just to get someone to respond, and when they finally did, their attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. They refused to offer any resolution beyond a measly discount on future purchases, which I don't plan on using. On top of all that, the website's navigation is quite confusing. Finding specific items or categories felt like a chore, and the search function often returned irrelevant results. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. The products are overpriced and under-deliver on quality, and the customer service leaves much to be desired. Save your money and look elsewhere. There are plenty of other sites that offer better quality and service for the same price."
J'ai été vraiment déçu par les produits de B&B Design. Les meubles ont l'air bien sur le site, mais la qualité est médiocre. Le montage était compliqué et plusieurs pièces étaient défectueuses. 😕 Je ne recommanderais pas.
