When I visited the Basso website, I was really disappointed. The site promises high-quality bicycles, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the website navigation is terrible. It took me ages to find what I was looking for because the categories are poorly organized. I'm not tech-savvy, but even for someone who is, this website would be a nightmare to navigate. The images of the bikes are also of poor quality; they don't give a clear view of the product, making it hard to decide what to buy. When I finally decided on a bike and placed an order, the checkout process was glitchy. I received multiple error messages and had to restart the whole process twice. Customer service is another huge issue. I tried to reach out to them via their contact form, but I never got a response. I also called the customer service number provided, but all I got was an automated message asking me to leave a voicemail. I did, but no one got back to me. This is unacceptable for an online store claiming to sell premium products. When the bike finally arrived, it was not as described. The color was different from what was shown on the website, and there were small scratches on the frame. The assembly instructions were confusing, and it took me a lot longer than expected to put the bike together. I also found that the bike felt quite heavy and not as smooth to ride as advertised. Given the high price, I expected much better quality and service. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone. I expected a lot more from a brand that markets itself as premium.

I'm genuinely disappointed with Basso.co. The website is slow and unresponsive at times. Additionally, the product descriptions are vague, providing minimal information about what is being offered. Customer service was also unhelpful when I reached out with questions. Improvement needed!
