Also, let me just start with the fact that the website left a lot to be desired. I'm not really impressed with the overall design. It's clunky and seems outdated. All the images and text load really slowly, which makes the browsing experience quite frustrating. I am not a tech-savvy person, but I can usually navigate websites fairly easily — not this one though. The menu is confusing and not very intuitive, I spent too much time just figuring out where everything is. Also, some parts of the site didn’t even seem to load properly, which made it challenging to find the information I needed. The product descriptions were kind of lacking too, not very detailed and didn’t give a good sense of what you're actually getting. And for a website that claims to focus on a high-end experience, the lack of quality in the small details is a big letdown. Customer service isn’t much better either. I tried reaching out through the contact form, and still haven't got a response, which is really inconvenient when you have questions that need answering. Not to mention, the website is only available in German, which limits accessibility for international customers. There are plenty of other similar websites that offer a better user experience both in terms of navigation and customer service. If I had to sum it up in one word, it would be "disappointing." I had higher expectations due to the rave reviews I heard, but unfortunately, the website itself does not live up to the hype.
Die Webseite sieht schön aus, aber der Service war enttäuschend. Leider hat das Essen nicht meine Erwartungen erfüllt. Der Geschmack war fad und die Portionen waren zu klein für den Preis. Werde hier wohl nicht mehr bestellen.
