I was really excited to start courses on AOS Academy, but honestly, my experience has been pretty disappointing. First off, the website layout is very confusing and not user-friendly at all. It took me a long time just to find the courses I was interested in. There’s no clear navigation, and many of the links don't seem to work properly. Also, the course descriptions are very vague and not detailed enough, making it hard to decide which courses would suit my needs. I enrolled in a couple of courses, and the content was just okay. Nothing special. The videos are not engaging, and the instructors seem to lack enthusiasm. I noticed that many classes are just slideshows with voice-overs, which is really boring and not interactive at all. Moreover, the platform promises additional resources and support, but when I tried to reach out to customer service, the response was slow and not very helpful. They didn’t address my concerns and seemed to give generic answers without really solving my issues. Another problem is that the website often has technical issues. I’ve faced multiple instances where the site was down or too slow to load properly. This kind of downtime is unacceptable, especially when you’re in the middle of a course. Lastly, I think the pricing is not justified for the quality offered. There are many other educational platforms that provide much better value for money. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend AOS Academy unless they make significant improvements. The platform has potential, but as it stands now, it’s not worth the investment.
