The security system is decent but very expensive. The charges are way too high for what they offer. Not satisfied with the value for money.

I've had the ADT smart home security system for a few months now and I'm really impressed. The setup was easy and the customer support was super helpful. I feel a lot safer knowing my home is protected 24/7, and I can monitor everything from my phone. Highly recommended!

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with ADT's website, and I feel compelled to share it. First off, the site is painfully slow. It takes forever to load each page, and I found myself constantly refreshing just to navigate. As for the layout, it's cluttered and confusing. Finding the right information should not be this hard, especially for a company that deals with security and should understand the importance of clarity and professionalism online. Moreover, the customer service chat is an absolute joke. I was stuck waiting for over 30 minutes before anyone responded, and when they did, the answers were vague and unhelpful. They didn’t resolve my issue at all and I had to call them, which was another ordeal altogether. The promotional offers on the site are also misleading. I clicked on what seemed like a good deal, only to discover hidden fees and additional charges buried in the fine print. It feels like a bait and switch tactic, which is really disappointing from such a well-known brand. To make matters worse, the mobile optimization is terrible. The site kept freezing on my phone, and buttons were unresponsive at times, forcing me to restart the whole process. In today’s world, a reliable mobile experience is essential, and ADT seems to have completely missed the mark here. Considering the importance of home security, the lack of user-friendly design and reliable customer service is unacceptable. I expected a lot more from ADT and am seriously reconsidering my decision to engage with their services. I hope they take feedback like this seriously and make significant improvements, but as it stands, I cannot recommend this website.

Service was okay, but installation took much longer than expected. The system works fine but it's a bit complicated to navigate the app. Not bad but there’s room for improvement.

I've recently signed up for ADT's security services, and I must say I'm quite pleased with their offerings. The website is user-friendly and easily navigable, allowing me to quickly find information about their various security packages. I opted for their Smart Home Package, which includes security cameras, smart locks, and an alarm system. The installation process was smooth and hassle-free, scheduled at my convenience. The technician arrived on time and was highly professional, explaining every detail and ensuring all devices were correctly installed and operational. The quality of the equipment is top-notch, and the integration with the ADT app is seamless. Monitoring my home remotely provides immense peace of mind, especially when I'm away at work or traveling. One feature I appreciate is the instant notifications on my phone whenever there's any unusual activity detected by the cameras or sensors. It gives me real-time updates and the ability to respond promptly. The customer support has been excellent; I had a few questions about the app functionality, and the support team was quick to assist and clarify all my doubts. However, there are a couple of aspects that could be improved. The pricing is on the higher side compared to other security services, which might be a deterrent for budget-conscious customers. Also, there's a bit of a learning curve with the app initially, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes quite intuitive. Overall, I would give ADT a solid 4-star rating for their reliable service, quality equipment, and responsive customer support. If they could work on making their pricing more competitive and simplifying the initial setup steps on the app, they would easily achieve a 5-star rating from me.

ADT's service is very disappointing. 🫤 The installation took much longer than expected, and the system has frequent false alarms. Their customer support is sluggish and unhelpful. Wouldn't recommend it.
