I was really dissapointed with adcreative.ai. First of all, the user interface is quite confusing, making it difficult for beginners like myself to understand how to effectively utilize the tools provided. The tutorials available are not helpful at all, and they seem to be designed with more experienced users in mind, leaving newbies completely lost. Another major issue is the quality of the creative ads generated. Most of them look very generic and lack creativity, which is ironic given the name of the platform. I was expecting to get unique and engaging ads, but ended up with something that looked like a template from a decade ago. Additionally, the pricing for the service is not justifiable. For the high cost, I would anticipate receiving premium and high-quality outputs, but that is not the case. There are other services out there that offer better value for money, and I regret spending my budget on this one. Customer support is also a huge letdown. I encountered several issues and reached out multiple times but either received late responses or unhelpful canned replies. It's very frustrating to feel like you're not being heard or helped when you are facing problems. To top it off, the overall performance is quite slow. It takes a lot of time to generate the ads, and sometimes the system crashes or lags, which disrupts the whole workflow. I believe they need to work on improving the speed and efficiency of the platform to make it more user-friendly. In conclusion, adcreative.ai did not meet my expectations at all. It needs significant improvements in several areas before it can be considered a reliable tool for ad creation. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for professional-quality ads.
