I recently had the experience of using Above9 Travel for planning my vacation, and overall, I was very satisfied with their services. The website’s interface is clean and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate through various options. I booked my holiday package through their site and found the booking process to be straightforward and efficient. What impressed me the most was the range of options available; from budget-friendly holiday packages to luxurious getaways, Above9 Travel seems to have something for every kind of traveler. One feature that I particularly appreciated was the detailed descriptions and customer reviews for each package, which helped me make an informed decision. My trip was to Italy, and every part of the journey, from flights to accommodation and activities, went smoothly. The customer support was very responsive, answering my questions promptly and ensuring that all my needs were met. However, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. I noticed that some packages lacked comprehensive information about the included activities, which led to a bit of confusion. Secondly, I encountered slight delays when it came to receiving confirmation emails. Despite these issues, the overall experience was positive, and I would definitely consider using Above9 Travel again in the future. I would rate their service a solid 4 stars, as there is always room for improvement, especially in terms of communication and detailed package information.

I was really excited about planning our next vacation and decided to give Above9 a shot. Frankly, the website looks all flashy and promising at first glance, but my experience didn't quite live up to the hype. First off, the layout is surprisingly confusing. I mean, it's supposed to be easy to navigate, right? But no, I found myself clicking around in circles trying to find basic information. I tried searching for destinations and packages, and the results were inconsistent at best. Some pages loaded quickly, but others took forever—I'm talking several minutes—and sometimes they didn't load at all. Honestly, in this day and age, efficient loading should be a given. Then there’s the issue of customer support. I had a couple of questions about a European tour package, so I decided to use the chat feature. Whoever was on the other end seemed clueless. After a lot of back-and-forth, they still couldn't answer whether the package included meals, which is pretty basic info. I ended up having to call, and even then, the representative was not very helpful and sounded like they were just reading off a script. Don't you hate that? Another downside is the prices. They advertise these "fantastic deals," but after you add in all the hidden fees and taxes, they aren’t any cheaper than other travel sites. It feels kind of misleading. I thought I was getting a bargain but ended up spending more than I'd initially planned. Also, the website isn't very mobile-friendly. I tried to make a booking on my phone, and guess what, half the options weren't even visible. It was incredibly frustrating, especially since I don't always have access to a computer. Overall, I'd say it's just an average service at best. If they could fix these issues, it might be worth considering, but as of now, I'm definitely switching back to my usual travel sites.

I was really disappointed with the Above9 Travel service. The website was very slow and kept crashing while I was trying to book my trip. Customer service was not helpful either, felt like I was talking to a machine. Not worth the headache.
