Honestly, I had a disappointing experience with 24mx.ch. Initially, I was quite excited to try this website out due to hearing quite a few people talking about it, and I thought it would be super convenient for getting motorcycle gear and accessories. However, the overall experience was underwhelming. First off, the website's navigation is not very user-friendly. It took me quite a while to figure out how to find specific products as the categories are poorly organized. The search function also did not help much as it kept showing irrelevant results. When I finally found the items I was looking for, placing the order seemed straightforward but it went downhill from there. The shipping was delayed significantly, even though the website claimed to have fast shipping options. It took nearly three weeks for my items to arrive which was incredibly frustrating. On top of that, when the package finally arrived, I noticed that one of the items was missing—a helmet that was the most expensive item in my order. I contacted customer service immediately, and it took them several days to respond. When they finally did, the support was far from helpful. They just kept asking repetitive questions and made no real effort to resolve the issue promptly. Eventually, they agreed to send the missing item, but it took another two weeks to receive it. The quality of the products was also not up to my expectations. One of the gloves had a tear in the stitching after only a few uses. Considering the high prices, I expected better durability and quality. Overall, the combination of poor customer service, slow shipping, and mediocre product quality makes it highly unlikely that I will shop at 24mx.ch again. I am genuinely disappointed with this entire experience and would recommend looking elsewhere for more reliable motorcycle gear and accessories.
Die Lieferung hat ewig gedauert und der Kundenservice war schwer zu erreichen. Die Preise sind zwar niedrig, aber der ganze Ärger ist es nicht wert. Die Produktqualität war auch nicht so toll, wie erwartet. 😕
