I recently took a course on 1training.org and I have to say I am quite disappointed. First off, the interface of the website is not user-friendly at all. It took me forever to find the course I had enrolled in. The navigation is confusing, with menus and submenus that don't really make much sense. I expected a more streamlined experience, but it was a struggle from the beginning. The content of the course itself was another letdown. While the topics promised to be comprehensive and detailed, what I actually got was very basic information that I could have found for free with a simple Google search. The video quality wasn't entirely bad, but the production value was definitely lacking. There were long pauses, awkward transitions, and the presenter seemed underprepared, often reading directly from the slides. I felt like I was watching a low-budget YouTube video rather than a professional training course. Additionally, the assessments were overly simplistic and didn’t really test my understanding of the material. Half the questions were either too easy or completely irrelevant to the main topics. I was hoping for something more challenging that would help solidify my knowledge, but that was not the case. What frustrated me the most was the lack of support. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times due to some issues accessing my course material. Each time, I was met with generic responses that didn’t really address my concerns. It felt like they were more interested in getting me off the line rather than actually helping. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend 1training.org for anyone looking for high-quality, professional training. For the price I paid, I expected much more. There are plenty of other platforms that offer better content and support. Save your money and try elsewhere.
I signed up for the project management course on 1Training and was very disappointed. The content was outdated, and the videos were of poor quality. Also, the support team did not respond to my queries. I feel like I wasted my money on this platform.
