J'ai commandé un sac à dos militaire imperméable en espérant une bonne qualité, mais j'ai été déçu. La fermeture éclair s'est cassée après seulement une semaine d'utilisation. De plus, le service client a mis du temps à répondre à mon mail. Je ne recommande pas.
Seriously disappointed with surplus-militaires.fr. I was expecting to find really unique and high-quality military surplus items, but what I received was far from satisfactory. First of all, the navigation on the website is super frustrating. The layout is messy, and it’s hard to find what you’re looking for. The search function isn’t accurate, and I kept getting irrelevant results. When I finally managed to place an order, the delivery took ages. It said on the website it would take 3-5 days, but it ended up taking almost two weeks. That’s really unacceptable, especially for someone who needed the items urgently. Now, let’s talk about the products themselves. The condition of the items was poor. They were supposed to be “like new,” but I received things that were worn out and definitely not as described. One item even had a tear that wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the product description. What’s the point of paying for something that’s supposed to be top-notch when it clearly isn’t? Customer service was another major letdown. I tried to contact them multiple times to resolve my issues, but the responses were slow and unhelpful. They didn’t seem to care much about my concerns and didn’t offer any real solutions. It was just a waste of time trying to get things sorted. The pricing is another issue. For the quality of the items I received, the prices were way too high. I feel like I overpaid for things that I could have gotten cheaper and in better condition elsewhere. Also, there were additional hidden fees that were not mentioned clearly during the checkout process, which was very misleading. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone looking for reliable military surplus. There are better options out there that offer higher-quality products, better customer service, and more reasonable shipping times. It’s safe to say this was my first and last purchase from surplus-militaires.fr. Save your money and shop somewhere else where you’ll get what you pay for and won’t have to deal with the hassle.
