I'm quite disappointed with this website. The user interface is not intuitive at all and navigating through the various listings can be really frustrating. The search filters are not precise enough, meaning you end up with a lot of irrelevant results that don't meet your criteria. Also, the number of listings seems limited, especially for rental properties. It's like they barely have any options compared to other real estate websites I have used. Another issue I encountered is the slow loading times. Every time I click on a listing or try to apply a new filter, it takes ages to load, which can be very annoying when you are trying to find a place quickly. The website also crashes occasionally, forcing me to restart my search all over again. Customer service is another letdown. I tried reaching out via the contact form and got no response. When I decided to call, the representative seemed disinterested and wasn't able to provide any useful information or assistance. This lack of customer support is unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important as real estate. To top it off, the quality of information on the listings is subpar. Some listings have no photos, and many of them have incomplete or outdated details. This lack of up-to-date information makes it hard to make informed decisions. Frankly, I expected better from a well-known brand like Century 21. They really need to improve their online presence if they want to remain competitive. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this website for serious property hunters. There are much better alternatives out there.
