Au secours! Le Wi-Fi est tout pourri et je n'arrête pas de perdre la connexion. En plus, le coût après les promotions est trop cher. J'aurais dû choisir une autre compagnie.
Honnêtement, je trouve les offres de Zeop adaptées à mon besoin. La Box Wi-Fi 6 fonctionne à merveille et les chaînes TV sont variées. Bon rapport qualité/prix 😊
L'offre mobile tout illimité à 7,99€ pendant 6 mois est une aubaine. Les appels et SMS illimités sont indispensables pour moi. Merci Zeop!
Très déçu par Zeop. Le service client est difficile à joindre et les problèmes techniques persistent. Je cherchais une meilleure performance internet mais je ne l'ai pas trouvée ici.
I'm honestly very disappointed with zeop.re. The website promised a lot, but it delivered very little. First of all, the user interface is terribly confusing. There's too much clutter and it’s hard to find what I am looking for. The loading times are painfully slow, even though my internet connection is fine on other sites. I also encountered several broken links which led me nowhere or resulted in error messages. This just makes the whole experience frustrating and inefficient. Another issue I had was with the customer service. I tried reaching out to them multiple times through the contact form and never got a response. It's like they don't care about their customers or their issues. Even when I called, I was put on hold for an eternity and still didn't get any help. The product descriptions are also very vague and don't provide enough information. I was looking to purchase some of their services, but the lack of detailed descriptions made it difficult for me to make an informed decision. Prices also seem quite high compared to other providers, and there are no clear justifications for this. Privacy concerns are another big issue. The website asked for a ton of personal information for registration, and there isn't much clarity on how this data is protected or used. It made me feel uneasy and hesitant to proceed with my purchases. Overall, I wouldn't recommend zeop.re to anyone. It feels like they need to do a lot of work on improving their website, customer service, and transparency. Until they make significant changes, it’s not worth the time or money. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.
Le service de Zeop est incroyable! J'ai souscrit à leur offre internet et je suis très satisfait. La vitesse est vraiment comme promis, et la connexion est stable. Je recommande fortement!
Très déçu par l'offre Mobiletout illimité. Les débits internet fluctuent et le Wi-Fi a souvent des coupures. 😞 En plus, le service client n'est pas très réactif. Je déconseille.
