I'm really disappointed with ZenMarket. I thought it would be a good platform for buying stuff from Japan, but it just didn’t deliver as expected. First off, the website interface is so confusing! I had a hard time figuring out how to search for items, and when I finally found what I wanted, the translation tool was absolutely terrible. It felt like it was put together by someone who doesn’t understand English at all. Ordering and shipping was another nightmare. I placed an order and it took forever to arrive. I mean, I expected some delay since it’s coming from Japan, but this was ridiculous. Moreover, the tracking system didn't work properly and I had no updates for weeks. When I tried to reach out to customer support, they barely understood what I was saying and gave generic responses that didn’t help at all. Another major issue was their handling fees. They seemed cheap at first, but once you add up all the hidden fees, the cost became comparable to buying directly from local retailers. Not to mention, they charged me extra for repackaging without prior notice. The quality of the items also did not meet my expectations. Some were poorly packaged and arrived damaged. It looked like they didn’t care about how items were handled at all. I thought I was getting a deal by using this service but in the end, it just wasn’t worth the hassle and extra cost. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend ZenMarket to anyone looking for a reliable and straightforward shopping experience. It’s just too much trouble for what it’s worth. Maybe they’ll improve someday, but as of now, stay away if you value your time and money.
