I had high hopes for Zalando Lounge, but my experience was far from satisfying. Let's start with the delivery process; it took an eternity! I placed my order over three weeks ago, and only part of my order has arrived so far. I understand that sometimes there can be delays, but this was excessive. The tracking information was not updated in a timely manner, making it impossible to know when to expect my items. When I finally received my package, I was disappointed with the quality of the products. The dress I ordered was nowhere near the color displayed on the website. The fit was poor and the material felt cheap and uncomfortable. I also ordered a pair of shoes that were supposed to be leather, but they reeked of low-quality materials and looked like they wouldn't last a month. Besides, returning items is a hassle. The return policy is confusing and it’s not easy to navigate through the site to find the necessary information. The return process took almost as long as the original delivery. Each time I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and seemed to be reading from a pre-written script. They did not address my concerns properly and instead offered generic solutions that didn’t resolve my issues. It feels like they do not really value their customers. Moreover, the user interface of the website is clunky and hard to navigate. It is not intuitive at all, with many broken links and unresponsive buttons. It made the whole shopping experience feel like a chore. In summary, I was very disappointed with the entire shopping experience on Zalando Lounge. I do not think I will be shopping here again, and certainly would not recommend it to others. There are plenty of other sites out there that offer better products, faster delivery, and superior customer service.

The website is quite difficult to navigate, and the deals aren't as good as they promote. I was expecting better discounts on branded items. Delivery time also took longer than promised. Not so happy with the overall experience.
