Très déçu par le défibrillateur automatique ZOLL AED Plus. Il est tombé en panne après seulement deux utilisations. Vraiment pas recommandé.

Incroyable! Le pack modules YLEA OPTIMUM pour générateur de flammes sans eau fonctionne parfaitement. Très utile pour nos exercices d'incendie.

Les produits YLEA sont de qualité médiocre et coûtent cher comparé à d'autres marques. Les descriptions sur le site sont souvent incompletes, et le service client n'est pas aussi réactif qu'ils le prétendent. 😕

I recently purchased some medical supplies from Ylea.eu and to be honest, my experience was quite disappointing. The website was not very user-friendly and navigating through the various categories was a challenge. It took me a lot longer than expected to find the products I needed because product descriptions were not detailed enough and poor translations made it hard to understand. When I finally found the items I needed, I was surprised to see that the prices were higher than what I usually pay from other suppliers. Believing that maybe the quality would justify the cost, I decided to proceed with the purchase anyway. Unfortunately, the delivery was a nightmare. The package arrived almost two weeks late, and the tracking information was rarely updated. It was difficult to get in touch with customer service, and when I finally did, the support was less than helpful and quite dismissive. To make matters worse, a few items were missing from my order when it finally arrived, which added to my frustration. I contacted customer service again to address the missing items, but I was met with delays and excuses. When the items were finally shipped, they arrived late as well. The quality of the products I received was average at best; certainly not worth the inflated prices. All in all, my experience with Ylea.eu was far from satisfactory. I was expecting a professional service with reliable products but received poor service and subpar items. Based on this experience, I will not be making any further purchases from this website and will advise others to look for more reliable suppliers. I'm very disappointed and I hope the company works on improving their services and customer support.
