Honestly, my experience with YesLicense was quite disappointing. The website itself looks outdated and is not very user-friendly. Navigating through the various sections was a hassle, and important information was often buried under several layers of poorly organized content. The search function was buggy and often returned irrelevant results, wasting a lot of my time. I think they also lack in providing up-to-date resources; several links led to broken pages or outdated documents, which was frustrating. Additionally, the customer support was almost non-existent. I sent multiple inquiries via their contact form and never received any response. It's also worth mentioning that the site had several instances of poor grammar and typos, making it look unprofessional. Overall, I expected a more reliable and helpful platform based on the website's description, but it failed to deliver on multiple fronts. I wouldn't recommend it unless you have no other options available.
Très déçu par le service de yeslicense.com. Après avoir acheté une clé de licence, je n'ai pas reçu le courrier électronique avec les instructions. J'ai dû les contacter plusieurs fois pour finalement obtenir ma clé. Pas du tout une expérience transparente. 😢
J'ai eu des problèmes pour recevoir ma clé de licence. L'équipe de support n'était pas très réactive. Très déçu :(
