Le matériel infirmier est vraiment moyen. Les ciseaux ne coupent pas bien et la montre est basique. Pas ce à quoi je m'attendais pour un site spécialisé.
Je suis un peu déçu par la blouse de laboratoire. La taille ne correspond pas vraiment à ce que j'attendais et le tissu n'est pas aussi confortable. J'espérais mieux pour le prix payé.
Super trousse à dissection, vraiment pratique et bien fournie. Tout est inclus pour les TP à l'université. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.
J'ai acheté des épingles entomologiques et elles sont parfkites ! Exactement ce que je cherchais pour ma collection d'insectes. 🤩 Le service clientèle est super aussi.
Les produits de YouLab sont de qualité supérieure. J'ai commandé une trousse de dissection et elle est arrivée rapidement. Les outils sont robustes et parfaits pour mes TP. Très satisfaite de mon achat et du service de livraison gratuit. Je recommande chaudement !
This website was a major letdown. I had high hopes when I first visited youlab.fr because it seemed quite promising at first. The layout is visually appealing, but that's where the positives end. The navigation is confusing and filled with broken links which makes it super frustrating to find anything. It is obvious that the site hasn't been updated in a while as there are many outdated pages and information. Worse yet, some product pages wouldn't even load, and I was left staring at error messages. Customer service is a nightmare to deal with. I tried reaching out multiple times using the contact form provided, and I never received a response. It feels like they are completely ignoring their users. Also, the automated responses I got initially were not helpful at all. When I finally did get through on the phone after countless attempts, the representative was not only unhelpful but also very rude. I ordered a couple of items, and the delivery was terribly slow. It took an entire month for my package to arrive, and when it finally did, the items were damaged. The quality was far below what was advertised. Returning the items was another ordeal in itself, as their return policy is overly complicated and seems designed to deter people from actually using it. The refund process took another few weeks, and I had to constantly follow up to get my money back. Overall, Youlab.fr is a website I would not recommend to anyone. There are way better options out there that value their customers and provide a smoother shopping experience. I will certainly not be returning to this site and would advise others to avoid it as well. Total waste of time and money.
Franchement déçu par la trousse à dissection. Les outils ne sont pas de la qualité annoncée. Les ciseaux se sont vite émoussés et la blouse blanche était trop petite même si j'ai pris la taille M. Le marteau de géologie est ok, mais globalement je ne recommande pas ce site pour leurs produits. 😒
