I purchased a wetsuit from Wetsuit Outlet, and I'm not impressed. The fit was off even though I followed the size guide, and the material didn't seem durable. It started to wear after just a few uses. Customer service wasn’t helpful when I tried to return it. Disappointed. ☹️
This website, Wetsuit Outlet, is really underwhelming and disappointing. I was looking for a new wetsuit and figured this site would be the go-to since it's literally in their name, but man was I wrong. First off, the website design is just plain boring and messy. It's so hard to find anything I was looking for. Like, I seriously had to click through so many menus just to find the right category. Whoever designed this site obviously didn't have user experience in mind. Then, when I finally did find some wetsuits, the selection was surprisingly small. I was expecting a wide range of options, but they barely had any styles or brands to choose from. And the prices? Way too high for what you're getting. I found the same wetsuit on another site for a much better deal. It feels like they're just trying to rip people off. Furthermore, the product descriptions are super vague. They don’t give you enough details, and there are hardly any customer reviews to help you make a decision. It feels like they’re hiding something. When I tried to contact customer service for more info, it was a nightmare. I waited on hold for ages, and then the person I talked to was rude and unhelpful. It felt like they just wanted to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. To top it all off, the shipping took forever, and when the wetsuit finally arrived, it looked nothing like the picture on the site. I had to go through a painful returns process that took weeks. In short, Wetsuit Outlet is not worth the hassle. Bad design, poor selection, high prices, awful customer service, and slow shipping. Save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere else.
